✨ WINTER SOLSTICE: NOURISHING IN THE DARK, GATHERING IN THE LIGHT ✨

A CANDLE-LIT JOURNEY OF YOGA, MUSIC & GUIDED MEDITATION🌕

Happy Solstice, 8th night of Hanukkah, and Rosh Chodesh (New Moon of Tevet!) to you!!! May we hold, cultivate, and expand our winter prayer.

The Night - Rainer Maria Rilke
You, darkness, of whom I am born—I love you more than the flame that limits the world to the circle it illuminates
And excludes all the rest.
But the dark embraces everything;
Shapes and shadows, creatures and me,
People, nations-just as they are.
It lets me imagine a great presence stirring beside me.
I believe in the night.

New Moon, 8th Night of Hanukkah & Winter Solstice

As the longest night of the year arrived, we gathered in sacred community to rest in the darkness, kindle light, and dream the seeds of healing we wished to bring into the world.

Together, we moved through:

  • Gentle winter yoga and guided meditation

  • Candle-lighting ritual honoring the turning of the seasons

  • Embodied herbal medicine to support dreaming and descent into the nourishing dark

  • Intentions and prayers for renewal, healing, and light

Trusting in the darkness is not easy. This gathering invited us to sink into our vessels of trust—together, in community.
