Encountering the Hidden Light
What is the hidden light that existed before the sun, moon, and stars? And how might we access this ancient light within our own lives?
Jewish mystical tradition teaches of the Ohr HaGanuz (אור הגנוז)—the primordial light of Creation, concealed within the fabric of existence and revealed through the sacred flames of Hanukkah.
Join us for a four-part contemplative journey into the deeper mystical dimensions of Hanukkah. Drawing from Kabbalistic and Hasidic teachings, we'll explore the mystery of the Hidden Light, the fertile potential of darkness, and the ways we can become vessels for illumination.
Each virtual gathering will weave together mystical text study, guided meditation, ritual, and embodied practice—inviting these ancient teachings to move beyond the intellect and into our lived, felt experience.
Together, we'll explore what it means to dream in the fertile darkness and kindle our inner light.
Jenna Zadaka is an embodiment practitioner, trauma-informed somatic coach, educator in Kabbalistic Mysticism and Mindfulness, author, and ceremonialist. She is passionate about guiding others to trust their Divine Bodies as a source of inner-directed healing. Through the integration of somatics, spirituality and creative visualization, Jenna guides others to reconnect to their Home of Wholeness.
