๐ŸŒ‘ Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan: The Month of Quiet Integration

Wednesday, October 14th, 6-8.30pm in Boulder,CO.

As we enter the still waters of Cheshvan, weโ€™re invited to slow down and integrate all that opened within us during Tishreiโ€™s holy days.

Join us for a New Moon Ceremony exploring the yin / dark feminine of the moon โ€” a time of sacred rest, scent, and soft embodiment.

Weโ€™ll explore the energy of Cheshvan , guided by Kabbalah and come into embodied practice, sharing, and ritual. Weโ€™ll explore the Jewish approach to equanimity (hishtavut).

Guided by the wisdom of Kabbalah, weโ€™ll explore the unique energy of Cheshvan and move together through meditation, embodied practice, sharing, and ritual.

๐ŸŒ‘ Come as you are.
๐ŸŒฟ Let yourself soften.
๐Ÿ’ง Allow what has been stirred to settle into the body.
