Rosh Chodesh Tishrei Circle
We gathered for Rosh Chodesh Tishrei, between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, marking one year of journeying together through these new moon circles. This liminal time between the “head” and the “heart” invited us to soften into forgiveness and oneness. Yom Kippur, the Day of At-one-ment, is known as the day of forgiveness and a time to access our Yechidah—the soul’s deepest aspect, united with the Divine. Our intention for this gathering was to prepare our hearts for that sacred threshold, while also honoring the one-year anniversary of October 7th.
We anointed ourselves with honey in meditation, blessing the new year with sweetness and sacred intention. Honey became a vessel for healing, softening the bitterness we’ve carried and helping us open into the blossoming of desire, prayer, and renewal. As it says in Song of Songs (4:11): “Your lips, my bride, drip honey. Honey and milk are under your tongue.”
